THE GREAT ADVENTURE!
WORKERS NEEDED FOR OUR OUTDOOR ADVENTURE PROGRAM!
We are so in need of those with Outdoor Adventure skills or those who love the outdoors and are willing to learn these skills. This is an area which has so much potential to work with Native American kids in our area, in Arizona, as well as in this whole Southwest region. There is so much work to be done, but not enough workers!
Tribal Winds Expeditions takes the kids (and families and corporations) out rock climbing, river rafting, back-packing, ropes course and team building games and is a tremendous tool to bring the Good news. Through these events, we can demonstrate that Jesus is the Rock, the rope and He who gives help in times of trouble. In this safe and controlled environment, we help build a better self image and confidence in these participants in these few hours or in a few days than one can have in a life time. The participants do things which they never thought they could do and therefore can take other bold steps in the future to do other things which may look impossible.
We would love to have a team of those who would come and do this as their full time call here for these are many beautiful trails in the outback of Arizona. There are also canyons and red rocks and rivers in Utah and in New Mexico which are "hop-skip and a jump" from our YWAM base in Flagstaff.
